Pickup orders can be placed at any outlet. Payment options for pickup orders: Cash, Demand Draft, Credit Card and Debit Card.

Home delivery orders can be placed on the website or by placing the order at the office / franchisee office.
Delivery charges are determined at checkout and constitute the final fees for delivering goods. We maintain standard delivery charges for most addresses.
There are no shipping charges applicable on any orders. No additional delivery fees will be added to the purchase amount.
Orders are typically shipped the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday after 2:30 p.m. will be shipped on the following Monday. Delivery time varies by location; average delivery is between 2–7 days. Deliveries may not occur on Sundays or major holidays per the delivery partner's policy.
Any dispute between the customer and Hemalika arising from this policy shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by Hemalika and adjudicated as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings shall be within the jurisdiction of District Courts in Bhilwara (Rajashthan, India). Arbitration proceedings shall be held in Pune. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding. Breach of this covenant may make the customer liable for damages and legal costs.
